Some useful web links

We hope you will find these links of interest in planning your visit to Ees Wyke. In particular, there is a lot of useful local information on the Hawkshead Tourist Information website.

The photograph to the right shows St Michael & All Angels Church in Hawkshead, which is thought to date from around 1500 and stands high overlooking the village. William Wordsworth, who went to the Old Grammar School near the church, liked to sit at the top of the churchyard.
